the 61st, Tea Pot and Tea Things Tuesday:

Welcome to

the 61th Tea Pot and Tea Things Tuesday

I will not follow where the path may lead,
but I will go where there is no path,
and I will leave a trail.

MURIEL STRODE

Welcome my dear patient friends.  I have not forgotten or abandoned you or tea time.
Time and energy have been spent in other areas of my life the last few weeks. No choice but to take a blog break.  I wish I was here to tell you I am back on a consistant basis.  But life gets more interesting as the days go by. I live in faith not sure if I am on a path or blazing a trail.  As you may remember, we put our home on the real estate market in January.  No offers during the weeks that followed and so we thought we were to remain in our beloved home.  We must have gotten our wires crossed with God but the message remains that we are to move.  That decision was made a week ago.  So the boxes that had just been brought from storage: including teacups, and varied accoutrements were returned to storage on Saturday.  The house again cleaned from top to bottom and staged.  The sign will go up soon on the front lawn.  I live in faith not sure if I am on a path or blazing a trail.  In time God will make it clear.
Amid the stress of selling our home, the Spring did have a joyous occassion.  My son's and daughter-in-love's wedding. The weekend was blessed in so many ways for them and all of us that attended. I will celebrate their wedding in my next post. Their colours were gold and silver.

I do hope you have time to pause for a cup of tea and a wee bite.  Please drop by often I may surprise you you with some news.  I may post a favorite tea from the last year.  If you have a suggestion please let me know.  I miss you all!!

Philippians 1:6

being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

  1. Hello Pam,
So glad you're back if only for a bit. You must be busy what with moving and the wedding and all. Your tea post is lovely and I especially love the chintz! Your scripture verse today is one we have hanging in our home on a plaque as it has always been a favourite of my hubby's. Thank you for taking time out of your very busy day to serve tea. Be sure to take care and I wish you a delightful day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi
