16th Teapots and Tea Things Tuesday

Tea  for Two, at Four

"To know time as gift is to know that its basic rhythms and inevitable passing are beyond our control.  And to know time as a gift is to  recognize time as the setting within which we also receive God's other gifts, including the fruits of nature and the companionship of one another.  To help one another to this knowledge is blessing indeed."

~Dorothy C Bass from In Receiving the Day

I feel blessed that you have joined us for tea today. To share one's time with another is truly a generous gift. I hope that you feel blessed and refreshed when you go on your way.

Is it time for tea, yet?

Oh, not yet...
Tea is at four

Its time!

Simple tips to enhance the Graham Crust for your favorite pie:

1.Add a little cinnamon, nutmeg, or allspice to the graham crumbs for a spiced flavor.
2.Allow the butter to brown slightly when melting, for a richer flavour before stirring into crust.

We thank all who are so generous with their time and willing to share their treasures with us. We invite you to take a moment to enjoy the vignettes and special tea treasures that the lovely tea ladies want to share, compliments of Mr Linky.

The sincere invitation to join the party is always there..,
